Tai Chi for Arthritis begins this month
The UAMS Centers on Aging will hold Tai Chi for Arthritis, an exercise program that can enhance one’s balance, posture, strength, mental health, cognitive functioning and pain management, on Tuesdays and Thursday starting Oct. 13 and continuing through Dec. 17. The class will be held at Champagnolle Landing Wellness Center, at 910 Champagnolle Road.
