We are searhing for an experienced Regulatory that is senior Compliance with high energy level and initiative. The Senior Regulatory Compliance Officer has the responsibility of ensuring that the organization takes steps that are necessary adhere to appropriate laws and regulations, policies, and laws in the act of achieving the organization’s goals and objectives.

The Sr. Regulatory Compliance Officer must meet with the demands set by wellness Canada of these certain roles that are key Standard Process Licence (SPL) – Responsible Person:

Hold a security approval (or qualify to use for just one);

Have sufficient familiarity with the conditions of this Cannabis Act and Regulations.

Cannabis Medication Licence (CDL) – QPIC (or SPIC):

Work during the website specified within the licence;

Are entitled to practise an occupation that is pertinent for their duties, such as compared to pharmacist, practitioner, pharmacy specialist or laboratory specialist;

Hold a diploma, certificate or credential that is awarded by a post-secondary academic organization in Canada (or international) in a relevant industry (age.g. pharmacy, medication, dentistry, veterinary medicine, pharmacology, chemistry, biology, pharmacy specialist, laboratory specialist, pharmaceutical regulatory affairs or supply chain administration or protection;
