The proceeds of the Placement will be used to advance the Tryp’s research and development programs and for general capital that is working. Closing associated with location is likely to take place on or around February 12, 2021, and it is at the mercy of receipt of all of the necessary business and approvals that are regulatory including the approval of the Canadian Securities Exchange.
The securities issued pursuant to the Placement will be subject to a hold that is statutory of four months plus per day through the date of issuance relative to relevant securities legislation. The Warrants won’t be noted on any exchange.
