Since there are so many silly names for herb and the different strains, one of my favorite things to do is pass someone a bowl or joint and make up a name for what kind it is, just to see how they reply.

That is pretty much what farms do. Don’t kid yourself; finding an actual landrace strain from the early genomes is incredibly rare in either the legal or illegal market. Even with legal weed, a farm can name a strain, sell it to a processor to make extracts, and they can name it something completely different.
